We are more than just another gaming platform. lycky8 was built with one clear goal — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience to all players in Malaysia, without compromise.
Every decision we make is guided by these two core principles — delivering the best to our players every day.
To provide a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming platform for Malaysian players — with an easy-to-use interface, seamless payment systems, and customer support that is always ready to help at any time.
To become the number one online gaming platform of choice for Malaysian players — known not only for an extensive game collection, but for our reputation for honesty, reliability, and long-term commitment to player satisfaction.
Honesty in every transaction. Transparency in every rule. Respect for every player regardless of their bet size. These are the three core values that have underpinned everything at lycky8 since day one.
Lycky8 started as a simple idea — that Malaysian players deserve a gaming platform that truly understands their needs and preferences. Too many overseas platforms overlook local realities: different payment methods, different languages, and of course, different playing times and habits.
From day one, we built lycky8 with a Malaysia-first approach. That means a Bahasa Malaysia interface, deposit and withdrawal methods via local banks, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and DuitNow, plus customer support available in BM and Mandarin whenever you need it.
Over the years since launching, lycky8 has grown into one of the most recognised online gaming platforms among Malaysian players. This didn't happen by chance — it's the result of a continuous commitment to listening to player feedback and improving the platform day by day.
Today, lycky8 offers over 1,000 game titles spanning slots, Live Casino, fish shooting games, virtual sports, and more — all accessible from a single account, whether on your laptop or smartphone.
The founding team came together with one vision — to build a gaming platform truly made for Malaysian players, not just an adaptation of a foreign platform.
Lycky8 officially launched with an initial collection of 200 game titles and a fully integrated local payment system.
The Live Casino lobby with real dealers was launched, followed by the fish shooting game lobby, which became one of the most popular sections on the platform.
A major milestone — 100,000 registered players reached. The automated withdrawal system was enhanced to process payments in under 3 minutes.
Lycky8 now has over 500,000 active members, 1,000+ game titles, and a new mobile interface fully optimized for all screen sizes.
Six key reasons why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players choose lycky8 as their go-to gaming platform.

At lycky8, we believe the relationship between a platform and its players must be built on genuine trust. Not just promises on a marketing page, but a commitment proven through every interaction — from how we process your deposits, how quickly we pay out your wins, to how we handle every complaint we receive.
Our 256-bit SSL encryption ensures your personal data and financial information are never exposed to outside parties. We do not share player data with any third party without your consent, and our privacy policy is written clearly so you know exactly how your information is used.
We also take responsible gaming very seriously. lycky8 provides a full suite of self-control tools — deposit limits, loss limits, account time-outs, and self-exclusion options — to ensure every player can enjoy our platform within healthy boundaries. These aren't just add-on features; they are part of our platform's DNA.
Ultimately, lycky8's success is measured not by the total deposits received, but by the number of players who return because they genuinely enjoy the experience here and trust us completely. That is the measure of success we pursue every day.
